Our goal at Drop In is to 'have something for everyone' so you can reach your fitness goal with fun and ease. Below are the classes offered with a short description. If there is something you would really like to see on the list, please, please, please, drop me a line!!
All classes are 10 weeks long. There is a minimum of 5 participants and maximum of 10-14. You must pay in advance to insure that the class will be held.
High Intensity Interval Training: This can be a low impact class for those with more worn knees or a killer workout for those with a little more spring left in their step. It's completely up to you which road you take. Meant for every level of fitness and ability. Work hard and rest even harder on those intervals.
A party to sculpt and define those muscles. The challenge of Zumba plus using lightweight maraca style sticks to keep your arms, core and lower body in dancing shape.
Uniformly develops all muscles while improving flexibility, balance and breathing techniques. (Also improves coordination trying to do all of the above at the same time!) This class is for all ages, levels of fitness and can be easily adapted for any physical limitations. 45 minutes.
Core De Force
BLAST fat off your core...it's as simple as 12 - 3 minute rounds of Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. This is 180 seconds of pure, unadulterated 360° core rotational work. Simple my _ss!

Fitness for EVERYBODY & EVERY BODY!! Exercise in disguise. A total workout...cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility with a huge dose of fun!! Due to the need of a 'dance floor', this is held at the bank basement.
